Material gathers
over the face, covering it without fully erasing it.
The piece begins
with a face.
One side remains
relatively clear, while the other is gradually covered by uneven layers.
The surface is
not broken or burned. It is overtaken.
The form stays present, but harder to reach. Parts remain visible, while others are held back.
The image sits
between showing and hiding, where recognition is partial and shifting.
