From Delusional Banana

This work draws on the figure of Icarus as a condition of ascent and collapse.

The upward extension suggests a moment of elevation, while the deteriorating, wing-like structures introduce instability and loss of control. The surface appears to soften and erode, as if unable to sustain its own momentum.

Suspended between lift and disintegration, the sculpture reflects on the limits of ambition, where movement toward transcendence carries the conditions of its own undoing.
