From Nightmare — Surface Under Pressure
This work captures a state of gradual withdrawal rather than a moment of death.
The face remains structurally intact, yet its surface suggests exhaustion and erosion. Fine cracks and worn textures replace the intensity of rupture seen in other works, pointing instead to a slow depletion of presence.
There is no visible violence, only a quiet fading—where identity is not shattered, but gently dissolving. The figure exists in a suspended condition between being and disappearance.
