Figures move
across a circular structure, suggesting time as something that repeats rather
than progresses in a straight line.
A large-scale mural developed through geometric systems and circular spatial forms.
Public Mural Project – Tehran Municipality, Iran, April 2022
This work is
built around a central circular form that acts as a field for movement.
Figures are
placed across this structure, following paths that suggest repetition and
gradual shift rather than a clear beginning or end.
Geometric
elements—grids, lines, and axes—extend across the wall, creating a measured
framework that contrasts with the movement of the figures.
The figures are
rendered at life scale, grounding the work in the presence of the body while
remaining part of a larger system. As the viewer moves, the image changes—at
times read as a structure, at others as a scene.
What remains
constant is the sense of continuity, where time is not shown as a sequence of
moments, but as something that unfolds through repetition and movement.
