Surface as Memory: Spring Procession

A continuation of the “Surface as Memory” series, this intervention integrates miniature figures into a new urban context, responding to the specific textures and spatial conditions of the site.

Commissioned within the same urban art framework, the work extends this approach into a different location, adapting the composition to its architectural and material conditions.

Here, the worn surface is preserved and activated as a foundational layer. Miniature figures are embedded within the existing wall, interacting with its irregularities and structural divisions.

Rather than a fixed composition, the work responds directly to its surroundings—doors, windows, and fragmented surfaces become part of the visual rhythm. This creates a site-specific narrative shaped by both the image and the physical environment.

Through its repetition across different locations, the project establishes a consistent visual language while remaining responsive to each unique urban context.
